Tender Document Construction

Today’s procurement decisions typically involve the identification and management of increasingly complex requirements that may involve the investment of millions of dollars.  PMWorks applies a formal and logical approach to this work, enabling a robust and transparent process.

This will consist, at a minimum:

  • vendor invitation selection
  • tender document preparation and issue

Proposal Evaluation

Detailed evaluation criteria will be determined and weighted in order of their importance and contribution to a successful business outcome.  Each solution will be scored against the criteria.Short listed vendors are invited to present their solutions to pre-designed and scripted request for a final selection.

Contract Negotiation

PMWorks assists in providing a structured approach to the negation of a win-win outcome for the acquisition of the solution once a preference is identified.
